✓ In our Government order minimum 125 cc bikes are having ABS Brakes.
Because to reduce a accident.
✓ ABS helps to avoid wheel lock in your bike.
✓ when we apply a brake in wheel at normal speed range the ABS is not activate.
Parts of ABS -
✓ wheel speed sensor.
✓ oil reservoir.
✓ ECU ( Electrical Control Unit ).
✓ Hydraulic unit.
Construction -
✓ wheel speed sensor is connected in the disc caliper.
✓ ECU ( Electrical Control Unit ) is connected to the wheel speed sensor.
✓ Hydraulic unit is connected to the ECU and helps to activate a ABS.
Working -
✓ You drive at high speed the suddenly (dog or children) came across the vehicle.
✓ we will apply a brake at high pressure.
✓ At this time wheel speed sensor will measures the actual speed in the vehicle and send a message to the ECU at fraction of seconds.
✓ Finally , ECU send a signal to hydraulic unit.
✓ Then the hydraulic unit will pass the fluid to the disc caliper.
✓ Disc caliper consist of brake pad.
When the pad will helps to stop the wheel.
✓ At this time , the wheel will lock by lock (விட்டு விட்டு) gradually Brake will be applied.
Types of ABS -
